Family milestone data (names, gender reveals, baby announcements) is encrypted both in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Only authorized personnel can access family data, and all access is logged and monitored for security purposes.
Family celebration data is stored in Canadian data centres with enhanced security protocols and automatic deletion after event completion.
You can request immediate deletion of all family milestone data at any time, even after your celebration event.
Important: Family milestone data receives enhanced protection under our Family Data Protection Protocol and is subject to stricter access controls and automatic deletion policies.
Enhanced Privacy: Private event data is subject to our strictest privacy protocols, with end-to-end encryption, limited access controls, and automatic deletion 30 days post-event. We never share private event details with third parties except your matched drone operator for coordination purposes only.
Strict Limitations: Private event information is never used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your private event details with any third parties except your selected drone operator and required payment processors.

Voluntary Deletion: You can request early deletion of private event data at any time, even before the automatic 30-day deletion. Some financial records may need to be retained for regulatory compliance.
